Waiver

I/we, hereby waive, release and forever discharge the Medinah Shriners, Medinah Motor Corps, Flag Day Run, members of the organizing committee, sponsors, supporters, volunteers and all other persons associated with the event of and from all manner of actions, injuries, damages, causes of action, suits, debts, claims and demands whatsoever.  I assume full responsibility for injury or damage arising as a result of the participation associated with the Flag Day Run, and acknowledge that riding a motorcycle is an inherently dangerous activity.  This also includes a “model release” for any photographs taken while participating in any of the above mentioned activities.

I agree to ride within my riding ability and agree to not be influenced by any group or pack mentality to ride faster than is within my ability or the limits of what is considered safe riding conditions. Nor will I be influenced by riding displays by my fellow participants any other conduct that could be unsafe. I fully understand that I may encounter riding conditions and roads that the event sponsors cannot control.  I have not traveled before, and have no prior knowledge of, and therefore will ride within a manner that is safe for those riding conditions.
